Tamara Bay

Owner, Listing & Transaction Coordinator

Tamara Bay has worked in the real estate industry for almost six years now. She is the lead transaction coordinator and has experience with agents from several middle Tennessee brokerages. As part of leading Paper Pushers, Tamara is working hard to build a culture of outstanding support and customer service to agents and their clients in the greater Nashville area. In 2022 she took 142 clients from contact to close.

Tamara resides in Mt. Juliet, TN with her husband, three children, and two miniature schnauzers. When she isn't enjoying time with family or helping to grow Paper Pushers, you will find her curled up with a good book or spending time with friends.

Listing & Transaction Coordinator

Nikki's background in commercial real estate and marketing brings a wealth of knowledge to the Paper Pushers team. She has become a valuable asset with her strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and talent for cultivating enduring relationships with clients and colleagues.

Beyond work, Nikki is a devoted wife and mother of two who cherishes quality time with her family, traveling, and taking walks with her goldendoodle, Sadie.
