How do I submit a Listing Request?

• Fill out New Agent Form (only needed the first time using Paper Pushers).
• Take our Listing Appointment Form to your listing appointment and fill it out.
• Email Listing Appointment Form to [email protected]
• I will use your agent information & the listing appointment form to do all the required work to get the property listed on the MLS.
• You and the clients will review the listing prior to making it live on the MLS.
• Just listed Postcard & Social Media Images will be sent to agent once listing is live.

How do I submit a Closing Request?

• Fill out New Agent Form (only needed the first time using Paper Pushers).
• Submit contract via New Contract Form via Paper Pushers website become a client link.
• Contract will be reviewed and email communication sent to all parties within 48 hours for a seller contract, and 24 hours for a buyer contract - unless contract is submitted over the weekend.
• Inspections will be ordered as requested by the client.
• Appraisals and financial contingencies will be followed and monitored.
• Any documents needed to close will be generated, signatures obtained, reviewed for compliance, and added into the broker's database.
• Emails when deadlines are met, as well as weekly progress updates will be sent via email to the agent.

How do I submit a request for Brokerage Compliance?

• Fill out New Agent Form (only needed the first time using Paper Pushers).
• Email all transaction information and documents to [email protected]
• Brokerage database will be updated and agent notified when completed.

How do I submit a Referral Request?

• Fill out New Agent Form (only needed the first time using Paper Pushers).
• Email Client Contact Information & Agent you are Referring to or receiving Referral from, along with any documents needed to [email protected]
• Follow-up Emails to Referring/Referred Agent as needed.
• Brokerage Database updated with referral information.
